Pet Policy
- Animals, including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and insects, are not permitted within the apartment or apartment community, unless expressly authorized in writing.
- A one-time non-refundable fee of $300.00 applies to the 1st animal, and a $150.00 fee applies to the 2nd animal.
- Monthly rent will increase by $25.00 per animal.
- A maximum of two animals is allowed.
Breed Restrictions:
The following breeds and their mixtures are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Alaskan Husky, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, and Siberian Malamute.
Prohibited Animals:
Reptiles, ferrets, and rabbits are not allowed.
