I just wanted to say thanks for always being so prompt with service requests and for all the follow-up you guys do. It is such a refreshing change from where I used to live and I really do appreciate it. We are so loving our apartment and all of the amenities afforded to us (especially the gym!! I'm a huge fan!!).
